AML and KYC Policy
This AML and KYC Policy sets the rules for identity checks and the fight against money laundering. It applies to every account on the casino, in the app and in the betting section. Each player accepts these rules at registration.
Purpose of the Policy
The policy protects the casino and its players from fraud, money laundering and the funding of illegal activity. It follows international AML standards and the terms of the Anjouan licence ALSI-202410011-FI1. The company checks the identity of players, tracks unusual payments and reports suspicious cases to the authorities. Staff members pass regular AML training and follow written internal procedures.
Identity Verification Requirements
The company asks for documents for large withdrawals, unusual activity or a random check. Verification has two levels and an extra step for large sums.
| Level | Required Documents |
|---|---|
| Basic | Full name, date of birth, address, phone number |
| Advanced | Aadhaar card, PAN card or passport, selfie, proof of address |
| Source of funds | Bank statement or salary slip for large deposits |
Documents must show the full name, a sharp photo and a valid date. The check takes 24 to 72 hours. The company keeps the right to ask for a video call or extra papers in special cases.
Anti-Money Laundering Controls
The casino runs several controls on each account. Automated systems flag deposits and withdrawals outside the normal pattern of a player. Withdrawals go only to payment methods in the account holder's name. Deposits without real play face a check ahead of payout. The compliance team keeps transaction records for at least five years. Accounts linked to sanctions lists or politically exposed persons go through an enhanced check.
Monitoring and Reporting
The compliance team checks large and repeated payments every day. Risk scores rise for fast deposit and withdrawal cycles, many payment methods on one account or sudden changes in bet size. Staff members check high-risk accounts by hand and ask the player for extra documents. Confirmed suspicious cases go to the financial intelligence unit of the licensing authority.
Banned Activities
The following actions break the policy and lead to account closure.
- deposits from third-party cards or wallets;
- use of stolen or forged documents;
- multiple accounts for one person;
- transfers between accounts to hide the source of funds;
- deposits and withdrawals without real bets;
- use of VPN or proxy services to hide the location.
Consequences of a Breach
A breach of this policy leads to a freeze of the account and the balance. The company holds funds for the whole period of the check and closes the account for confirmed fraud. Serious cases go to law enforcement agencies. The player loses access to bonuses and promotions during the check.
Player Duties
Each player keeps personal details up to date and sends documents on request. Players report lost access, stolen devices or strange activity to support@bc.game at once. Account details stay private and never go to third parties. The rules apply in the same way on the BC Game site and in the mobile app.
Data Protection
The company stores KYC files on encrypted servers with limited staff access. SSL encryption protects every upload and every payment. Documents serve only for identity checks and legal duties. Players ask support for a copy of their stored data at any time.
